Who are the decision makers for your company store?
Who needs to be involved in your store creation?
Differentiate between those colleagues whose input you value and those supervisors whose input and approval is important. In today's business world, very few decisions are made without consultation with at least one or two others.
First, determine who will "approve" your plans for building an online company store:
