Each year, the company reviews sales of insurance, investments and trusts to find their top 50 advisors and rewards each with a spectacular trip for two to the Four Seasons Resort and Club in Las Colinas, TX, for 2 ½ days filled with golf, spas, additional training and the coveted Masters Circle awards dinner.
“This event has been happening for many years,” said Amber Shore, Marketing Manager. “Last year, there was no dress code, theme or decorations. The survey said the awards took too long and they were boring. We were out to change that!”
“Our Sales Director wanted to really make this event special. He said, ‘We’ve got wives and husbands here. Let’s roll out the red carpet!’ So, we went with an Oscar theme… and it was a hit!”
Serving as the Event Planner for the extravaganza, Amber oversaw every detail to ensure the awards dinner was spectacular. From Oscar themed decorations and a red carpet photo backdrop to custom awards to celebrate the Masters Circle award winners, everything was perfect.
Amber worked with the SwagExperts at ROBYN to create the beautiful awards. “I asked Sherry Hahn if she could find something to mimic the circular logo in black and gold and she came back with this incredible granite award. It went perfectly with the event!”
After two days of golf, spas, and fun training sessions, this was the icing on the cake. “I firmly believe the awards ceremony was the reason we are staying at this location for another year,” said Amber.
While this was her first year with the Asset Management department, Amber has been with Arvest Bank for over 20 years and has played a significant role in their explosive growth. “We have almost 6,000 employees in 300 locations across AR, KS, MO and OK with $14B in assets.”
